OPTIMA trading desks, single and double configurations The OPTIMA is DAS's high-performance trading desk platform, engineered to centralise technology, manage heat, and sustain ergonomic demand across long-session, high-intensity trading environments. Deployed here in 219 single and double configurations, each desk is built around the same principle: nothing left to slow the floor down.
OPTIMA T4 Enclosure
A purpose-built housing unit with double vented doors, engineered to contain and manage the heat generated by housed CPUs. Equipment stays within operating tolerances across dense, back-to-back cluster configurations protected, accessible, and out of the trader's way.
Ergonomic Height Adjustment System
Height adjusts from 650mm to 1,250mm via an integrated up-down controller, supporting the full range of sit-stand working across trader and analyst positions throughout the session.
Service Slide
The worksurface slides forward to give direct, unobstructed access to high-level electrics in the upper cable tray without clearing the desk or calling for support. Infrastructure that services itself without interrupting the floor.
Ergo Edge and Pull Grip
A full polyurethane edge runs the work surface perimeter, built for long-session durability in high-contact environments. Finger gaps between adjacent desks allow safe, unobstructed height adjustment protecting hands during movement.
DAS Management Rail
A continuous structural rail supporting Wishbone monitor posts and arms, and personal power modules. Technology and power centralised at the desktop, without surface clutter or cable compromise.
Passive Heat Management
Integrated vent grilles channel technology-generated heat away from users and equipment passively, without fans, without power draw, without maintenance overhead.
Dynamic Cable Management Tray, Track and Risers
Structured risers and termination panels manage low-level power distribution across the installation, keeping cable routes clean, compliant, and accessible.
Back-to-Back Cluster Configuration
Desks arranged in back-to-back clusters with full end panels, maximising floor density while maintaining a clean, finished environment. Single desks clad with matching end and back panels throughout.
