DAS day at Brands Hatch
Exhilarating driving day, mentored by champion racing drivers...
DAS enjoyed an exhilarating driving day with “the UK’s most dynamic trackday specialists” last week.
DAS staff, friends and family headed across to the UK’s best-loved race circuit, Brands Hatch in Kent, which also holds a number of British and International racing events.
The driving day, hosted by Edge Sporting Events, was a personal and bespoke experience that saw each participant reach speeds in excess of 100mph. Drivers had the opportunity to handle the Radical SR3 RS - proclaimed ‘Trackday Car of the Year’ by Evo Magazine - as well as a Porsche GT3 RS and a Renault Clio Sport. The racing cars were coupled with instruction from the worlds best racing drivers; each winners of the championships in their respective class.
A karting championship later in the afternoon was the perfect way to unwind and make the most of the skills learnt throughout the day. Competitive spirits certainly came to the fore - as each driver fought for the glory of winning the Kart Grand Prix Final and the karting trophy!
The day’s hospitality was to the very highest standard, with a private suite boasting the most superb views across the entire length of the Indy circuit.
